Fundraising

From years of experience, we have discovered that three events have generated the most funds and allowed all families to participate in one way or another. Parent participation is required to reach our goals and create a sense of community for the sake of our children.

Roster Advertising | Roster Advertisement Form
We are offering HMS parents, family and friends the opportunity to advertise your business in our 2006-2007 Roster.  Ads may be business card size (2” x 3.5”) - $25; half-page size (4” x 5.25”) - $40; or full-page size (5.25” x 8.25”) - $75.

Fall Sale
Held in early autumn, families sell high quality and reasonably priced gift wrap and other items to neighbors, friends and co-workers. We ask each family to sell $100 worth of products or make a cash donation of $50. Our profit is 50% of sales and with everyone's participation, we could easily make $7,500. You can order gift wrap and other items year round from Innisbrook. Your on-line order will continue to provide benefits for the school. Our school number is 110334.the Giving Tree

Annual Giving Campaign
Conducted from November through June, families are invited to contribute to the Operating, Scholarship, Building, and Endowment funds which support the school. The Board of Trustees conducts a phonathon to record pledges. All donations are tax-deductible thanks to our non-profit status. This is a great opportunity for those who can afford more to help support our programs. Grandparents, relatives, alumni and friends of the school join parents to make this campaign a success each year.
Heartfelt thanks to our donors.

Annual Spring Benefit
| Spring Benefit Auction Page
Parent volunteers organize the annual spring benefit for adults in the HMS community to gather socially and raise funds for the school. In the past, we have had great success hosting an auction with items, sponsorships and ads from parents, friends and relatives, businesses and celebrities. again, all donations are tax-deductible. The annual spring benefit requires a team of parents and the participation of all families at some level to make this a fun and successful event.

GoodSearch
Here is new and easy way to raise money for Hershey just by Internet searching and shopping with GoodSearch.com.  It's simple. Use GoodSearch.com like any other search engine — the site is powered by Yahoo! — but each time you do, money is generated for the school. We hope that not only will you use GoodSearch as your main search engine from here on out, but will also pass this message on to your friends and family. The more people who use this, the more money will go to Hershey.  For additional information and downloads:
